| If you are needing something that you do not see, please contact us. There is a good chance we can get it or make it for you. I have MANY crafty online friends who love referrals!

| After I order your supplies there will be no refunds given! You pay for them, they're yours. If you want me to send them to you without designing your original purchase, that is your choice and I will do that. If you decide to do this, no partial refunds will be given for work not performed.

| I have discovered a system that works very well for me and communication is the base for everything. Without it everything falls apart, so please be considerate and answer any questions that I might have. This will help the whole system run much smoother for everyone involved.

In some instances I may send pictures to the email address you provided. If I do this, I will need you to approve of your purchase before I mail it out.
If you prefer that I do this, please let me know when placing your order or soon thereafter. Otherwise your order may be mailed out without picture approval.
We would love for you to send us pictures of your tutus being worn. However, we do reserve the right to use any pictures on our website, that have been sent to us past, present and future. Please know that if you send us pictures of your minor child you are giving us legal consent to use those pictures on our website.

Just a few words of precaution. Do not ever leave a child under the age of 5 alone with anything that I have made, adult supervision is required. Some of the tutus that I make have very small embellishments. I do make every effort to permanently attach them, however I am human and I do make mistakes. I do not want anyone to get hurt or die.
So please, watch your kids with their tutus.
